Seven Day Detox Day Four...

The fourth day of your detox program. Halfway through and getting into the swing of things.

Breakfast
Half a grapefruit, an apple or a bunch of grapes. An egg; scrambled, poached or boiled.

Mid-Morning Snack
If you have a juicer; a glassful of freshly pressed carrot, celery and apple juice. If not, a tomato juice spiked with lemon and fresh herbs.

Lunch
A big bowl of yesterdays soup. A wholemeal roll or a slice of wholemeal bread.

Mid-Afternoon Snack
A glass of fruit or vegetable juice or a cup of weak tea.

Main Meal
Your favourite fish, grilled or steamed; or a piece of chicken, grilled or casseroled. A green vegetable; cabbage, spinach, broccoli, french beans or courgettes - steamed and served tossed in nut butter and a little lemon juice. A piece of your favourite fresh fruit or a sugar-free yoghurt.

Halfway and hopefully getting over the worst of any ill feelings.

It's downhill all the way from here, so relax, chill-out and totally de-stress.

If you took some time out to work through the program, you should be into the swing of things.

Enjoying the cooking time is important and doing some lazy, laid back shopping for the things you need.

Maybe even cooking to music, getting up late, going to bed early and watching some feel-happy movies, or reading a not to serious book.

Day Three

The Third day and over the fasting period. Now you can eat some good wholesome food.

Day Six

Your Penultimate day of detox. Hang in there and complete the full seven day program for maximum benefits.
