I discovered this weight loss formula, that I am going to describe to you, by accident. I had gained 14 kilos in a single year and although I tried all known hypo-caloric and low carb diets, I didn't manage to lose any weight at all. So, I made myself fast for 2 days and guess what? - it worked.
So, I didn't eat anything for 2 days per week (not consecutive days, for example monday and friday) and I took care to drink a minimum of two liters of water or herbal tea (unsweetened) on each fasting day.
During the other 5 days I ate normally, without restriction and no excesses. I gave up sweets, replaced sugar with honey and I reduced (but didn't totally eliminate) a large quantity of pastries and fats. I also moved dinner to an earlier spot, between five and six o'clock in the evening.
What happened was, I lost almost one kilo in the first day of fasting, then in the second only half a kilogram and in the next five days of normal eating I gained one kilogram. Thus, it resulted in a half kilo loss. This settled into a weekly rhythm with the half a kilo weight loss repeating every time.
I call the zero diet because it is based on total fast, which has some important advantages ... The two starving days helped me eliminate toxins and the slow weight loss, besides producing long-lasting effects, helped me avoid any ugly flabby skin as it gave my skin enough time to adapt to the new dimensions.
I lost nine kilograms in four months and I have decided to get rid of another five kilograms. At the beginning of the summer I was fastening my belt at the first hole, now I am proud that I can fasten it at the seventh.
Try it, it costs nothing and it worked.
