Burn The Thoughts, beliefs and attitudes of the happiest, most effective people into your mind and you will feel how they feel.
WOW!! - Think right, empower yourself, don't do it tomorrow, do it today. So, I did and here's what I found.
I'm really quite keen to tell you about Mike Brescia's Think Right Now audio programs.
I've been using some of them for over a year now and I think I now have enough evidence to help give you an idea of what they are really like, and how they work. How they help you build a positive self image and deal with those self image issues and dismiss negative self image.
The Think Right series has a wide range of titles to choose from and the Think Right Now catalogue gives comprehensive descriptions of the range, covering subjects as diverse as real self esteem to freeing yourself from depression, supreme confidence and releasign that fear of failure. Whatever your particular challenge, wherever you want to improve, it's very likely there is a program here to help you.
To tell you the truth, I considered Think Right Now for almost a a year before I made a purchase. I was wary and didn't want to end up with some whale song chanting or other new age product. I eventually joined the mailing list and it was Mike Brescia's regular personal development tips and his Rapid Success Newsletter, containing detailed testimonials from some of the multitude of satisfied customers, that finally convinced me to try them out.
When I ordered my first CD from Think Right Now, I was under the impression that it was a subliminal program of sorts. (It just goes to show that I didn't read the sales copy properly and simply saw what I expected to see.)
Think Right Now audios are NOT subliminal. They are much cleverer than that. They utilize accelerated learning methods to re-program your mind with life enhancing thoughts and beliefs to build your positive self image. It seems strange being able to write about terms like re-program or behavior modification, because it can sound a bit weird, like brain washing or something similar. But in a way, you do use them to wash your brain and eliminate all those negative self image ideas and the low self esteem that you have accumulated and been programmed into throughout your life.
In the 1970s, Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder released their bestselling book, SuperLearning. It revealed the revolutionary new learning techniques being pioneered in the Soviet Union. Specific research discovered that listening to information using a background of classical music with a 60-beat-per-minute tempo, caused your learning to skyrocket.
Using this technique people memorized facts and figures up to ten times faster, or mastered languages in as little as four weeks. I bought one of the first accelerated learning programs to help me learn French. Unfortunately, due to a lack of support, I only completed one or two of the tapes, but even now 28 years later I still remember, almost verbatim, the sections I studied.
Think Right Now uses the same accelerated learning technique to help you learn new ways of thinking and acting. Using it you can dismiss that negative self image, learn to be more joyful, more focused or calm in a whirl of chaos. You can boost your self-esteem, feel super confident, enjoy greater self-motivation or beat that smoking or alchohol addiction.
Each of the Think Right Now CDs I have, use a female voice speaking over a music track which plays at 60 beats a minute. This is the magic tempo that seems to unlock your brain and make it receptive to whatever information is fed into it. The voice is certainly attractive, pleasant to listen to and reassuring as she delivers these 'statements of change', repeating each one three times with a slightly different inflection for each.
Either, I arrange some me time and seat myself comfortably for a fully relaxed session, maybe listen to them as I snooze in the afternoon or when I have a lay in and first wake in the morning.
Or, I play Think Right Now audios in the background while I go about my day to day work and chores. You feel a little self-conscious at first but they help your confidence grow and you soon put objectors in their place.
Each CD features a 5 minute relaxation track, followed by 20 minutes of statements. These are similar to some self-hypnosis routines, or what you would do if you were following an accelerated language learning course. Relaxation is an important part of speeding up your learning. I've also loaded the programs I have onto my iPod Shuffle player and listen to them while I am out walking, exercising, or cooking the family meal. I also keep a couple of CDs in the car and I listen to 'Unstoppable Motivation Now' and let it drip-feed into my mind, in the background.
Well one thing to consider is if you are playing Think Right Now track aloud in the background, they are boring. You will find them boring, of course you will. After all it's someone repeating the same thing three times over, before starting another statement.
The idea is to ignore it so it's just part of the background. You don't need to pay conscious attention to it unless you are in a formal relaxation session. Then you will be so relaxed that the voice will drift in and out of your attention. I got used to the sound of the voice quite quickly and now it's like an old friend or a child reading in the background. Sort of reassuring and so I don't find it boring. It's boring in the same way brushing my teeth or eating muesli is boring. It's just something you do to progressively and effortlessly create positive changes in your self esteem and body image.
Well, Yes they do, and I really think they work quite well.
Here's a list of the Think Right Now titles in my personal collection :
I would have to say that my favourite, the one I listen to most is the, I am Healed Now, program.
I enjoy good health for the most part but as I've been getting older little niggles started to bug me. Odd aches and pains, (shoulder pain, lower right abdominal pain, heel arch pain), would come out of nowhere. I experienced a time where I got folliculitis and I had a long term battle with sciatica. I exercise, I take supplements, I eat healthily, don't drink or smoke and frankly I was a little miffed when those things came along.
It became clear my negative self image was creating these little niggles at the sub-conscious level and the 'I am Healed Now' program was the perfect counter-balance to the negative thoughts I generated each day. I rely on it now, almost like taking vitamins, to keep me in tip top shape or to bring me back to a state of wellbeing if I find myself under the weather.
I would encourage you to visit the Think Right Now website, to definitely sign up for Mike Brescia's Rapid Success Newsletter and read the testimonials with an open mind. Some peoples experiences with those programs are mind-blowing. People so down in the dumps that they were close to digging their own graves, who then started to turn their lives around. People who had run out of hope, that thought they would never heal their bodies, have loving relationships, be prosperous, or overcome all those negative emotions. I found their stories very inspiring and and quite emotional at times.
My own experience with the Think Right Now CDs is not so dramatic but just as valid and valuable to me. I've done a lot of personal development over the years and I do consider my life very blessed (must have been good in a past life), so I have no big dramas to solve, just an accumulation of little ones both real and imagined.
